HOW PRE-ORDER WORKS

At Buffalo Natural Pet Pantry by Alford’s Angels, our preorder system helps make sure your pup is getting fresh, premium natural chews — not products that have been sitting on shelves collecting dust like many big-chain pet stores.

1. Watch for Pre-Order Drop Dates

We will announce when preorders open through email, our website, and social media.

2. Place Your Pre-Order by the Deadline

Each preorder cycle will have a deadline. You can always find the current preorder deadline listed at the top of our website in the yellow announcement bar.

3. We Order Fresh

Once the preorder deadline closes, we finalize orders so your pup’s chews are restocked fresh.

4. Pick-Up or Local Delivery

Your order will be available for pickup or delivered approximately 4–5 days after the preorder deadline.

We will notify you when your order is ready for pickup, or you will receive a notification once your order has been delivered.

5. Free Local Delivery

Local delivery is free within about a 30-minute radius of our physical location:

If you are outside of our free delivery zone, shipping charges will be calculated based on your order and your location and you will be responsible for the shipping charges. We will ship your order within three business day.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do not offer international shipping.
