It's National Taco Day! You might be tempted to share your taco with your pup, but that's not a great idea. The greasy, spicy taco meat could cause digestive issues.

For the taco shells:
- 3/4 cup mashed sweet potatoes
- 1 cup flour
Mix the sweet potatoes and flour until well combined. Separate the dough ball into five equal parts (or more if you want smaller tacos). Roll each dough ball into a tortilla shape. Don't roll them out too thin or they won't be as flexible. Cook each tortilla about a minute per side over medium-high heat.
For the fixins':
- Boiled lean ground beef or turkey (no seasonings)
- Romaine lettuce
- Unseasoned shredded cheddar
- Finely chopped zucchini
Fill your taco up with fixins' and enjoy!
